About JC Victory Career Institute


JC Victory Career Institute, founded in July 2011, is the realization of Ms. Jessy Cecil’s vision to empower nursing graduates worldwide. With her extensive experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), she established the institute to guide aspiring nurses, both national and international, in successfully passing the NCLEX-RN examination. Our mission is to shape skilled healthcare professionals ready to serve communities with compassion and in alignment with U.S. healthcare standards.

In addition to NCLEX-RN preparation, Victory CPR specializes in teaching American Heart Association-certified CPR classes in Houston, Stafford, and Pearland, Texas. Our certified and professional instructors are dedicated to equipping healthcare workers, including doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and students, with essential life-saving skills.
